Close subjects can reveal stitch seams; DJI lists a safe stitch distance of at least 75cm in normal use and 1m with its underwater housing.

Sustained 8K/60fps recording can be limited by heat. TechRadar recorded an indoor thermal stop after roughly 19 minutes in that mode.
